Writer's Guidelines

The Broadsheet accepts art, articles, interviews, book reviews and commentaries about any topic involving women writers and artists in science fiction, fantasy and horror. It also accepts general articles on the writing or marketing of sf/f/h. We only print non-fiction. Anyone may submit, whether female or male, new writer or experienced pro. Shorter articles (2,000 words or less) are preferred, but longer articles will receive consideration, especially interviews.

We pay $25 per piece upon acceptance. Art and articles are accompanied by a brief biography of the person submitting, and we are always happy to include a link to the artist or author's website. Art and articles appearing in past issues of The Broadsheet are made available in our public archives unless the artist or author states otherwise in writing.
