Alma Alexander has climbed onto the e-book bandwagon - her newest novel, "Midnight at Spanish Gardens", will be released as an original e-book novel by Sky Warrior Publishing on 1 August 2011 (followed by a print edition later this year) and will be available for Kindle (at Amazon) and in a number of other ebook formats at Smashwords. It is currently available for pre-order at http://www.skywarriorbooks.
Alexander has also put on the Editor's hat, and her first anthology, "River", is due out this fall, JUST in time for your Christmas shopping. The anthology contains new stories by such luminaries as Jay Lake, Seanan McGuire, Nisi Shawl, Brenda Cooper, Tiffany Trent, Joshua Palmatier, and others. The anthology is unique in that it will boast not a TABLE of contents but a MAP of contents, with the stories placed on an artwork fantasy "map" according to where on a river's life-stage they happen to occur. It'll be a perfectly GORGEOUS collection - advance notice will be given for pre-orders when they become available...
